Hosted from October 10^th to 12^th, this year’s Parcel Forum is held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois. Only a five-minute drive from the airport, this venue has a lot to offer, just like the event itself. For the twentieth anniversary of Parcel Forum, the event hosts networking opportunities, information sessions, and of course, the exhibit hall.

Courses, Classes, and Information Sessions

Classes run throughout the whole event, starting on Monday morning and continuing until Wednesday afternoon – which cover a variety of industry topics including Final Mile, LTL Shipping, Carrier Rates, eCommerce Returns, and more. Event passes are structured by day, which offers a high level of flexibility and choice for any attendee. We’ve always heard nothing but good things about the information sessions and would recommend them to anyone interested. A few recommendations for this year’s agenda are as follows:

Networking, Events, and More

Of course, Parcel Forum boasts more than just a line-up of informative sessions. There is more than a fair share of events, including: networking breakfasts, receptions, and a first-time attendee meetup. For any and all things events, the special events page has all of the information necessary.

Exhibit Hall Hours and Information

Lastly, is the exhibit hall at Parcel Forum. A stomping ground of many, ourselves included, the exhibit hall has a wide range of companies and exhibitors to experience. Dedicated show hours are 2:30PM to 6:30PM CDT on Tuesday and 10:00am to 1:00PM on Wednesday. With a ton of exhibitors and a sold-out floor, the event definitely looks promising.

A New Parcel Forum Means A New Theme…

Engineering Innovation is proud to announce our new theme! Since our Racing theme was so popular at last year’s event, we decided to up our game (pun fully intended). At Parcel Forum this year, we will be giving away a Nintendo Switch! The winner will be chosen at 12PM CDT on Wednesday, and announced via the show PA. The official rules can be found below.

Alongside the opportunity to win a new Nintendo switch, we’re also debuting two of our video games! The Eii crew has been working on creating our own arcade games, which will be showcased in two of our custom arcade cabinets.
