After hours support is provided for emergencies only (ex: a machine is down or mail cannot be submitted). To receive after-hours support, you will need to call the following phone number: (765)476-6436.

Calling the number, you will be prompted with a few options. Callers should select option 1 if they are calling for an emergency. When option 1 is selected, you will be redirected to a third party (Answer United) who will collect the required information. Once the third party has collected the necessary information, they (the third party) will contact the after-hours technicians. You will receive a call back within 2 hours of your call, depending on call volume and technician availability.

If the after-hours technician determines that the issue is not an emergency, your call will instead be returned the following business day during our normal support hours.

If option 1 is not selected, when the caller is prompted, the call will be directed to our Customer Support voicemail. A ticket for your call will be generated, and the call will be returned the following business day.
