(Eii) a leading provider of automated mail and parcel sorting solutions, is pleased to announce that over the summer they promoted Jen Cochran to Director of Operations. Jen, one of Eii’s earliest employees, has been responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration between departments, optimizing business processes, and driving operational efficiency as Eii continues growing.
Cochran’s journey with Eii began when she was the first employee hired by founders Don Caddy and Adam Fleming. From the outset, Jen demonstrated a remarkable attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to getting things done. Initially involved in a little bit of everything, Jen quickly became an indispensable part of the team, providing support wherever needed in the company’s early days.
Even after relocating to Ohio to start her family, Jen remained an integral part of Eii, working remotely to handle document control. When it came time for Eii to replace its ERP system, Jen was entrusted with selecting and implementing a system that would be cost-effective, scalable, and adaptable to Eii’s unique business needs. Over the last two years, Jen has successfully led the business process team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how each department’s inputs and outputs affect the company as a whole. This deep knowledge and leadership make her the perfect fit to take on the role of Director of Operations.
