Jordan joined Eii in 2008. He has had several roles at Eii, including Quality Assurance, Customer Support Technician, Customer Support Specialist, and now Field Service Technician.  Jordan graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree.  Jordan is responsible for installing and upgrading machines, and training new customers.
